Why should there be tubo-ovarian abscesses
Tubal pyonephrosis more acute by the development from salpingitis. So tubal inflammation fimbria and isthmus adhesion, not from inflammatory secretions, accrued formed tubal pyonephrosis. Simple ovarian pyonephrosis relatively rare. Ovarian pyonephrosis are more acute Salpingitis cause. If acute Salpingitis when tubal fimbria yet closed, the pyometra secretions can end inflows from pelvic umbrella, pelvic organ caused extensive adhesion, fallopian tube and ovary was surrounded in which, gradually developed into a tubo-ovarian abscesses.
