Why hyperparathyroidism in kidney stones
Hyperparathyroidism calculus is a common performance, the incidence rate of about 50%. Hyperparathyroidism, increased secretion of parathyroid hormone, calcium concentration increased calcium through the kidneys also increased. Calcium from the glomerular filtration, tubular reabsorption was part of, parathyroid hormone promote renal tubular reabsorption of calcium role, but because of high blood calcium, kidney row calcium content than normal, calcium salts (such as oxalic acid calcium, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, etc.) in the formation of kidney stones in the deposition.
