MEN hyperparathyroidism in patients with the clinical manifestations
To sum up multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) in hyperparathyroidism (MHPT) of its clinical features, a retrospective analysis of 36 cases in 16 cases MEN MHPT the clinical manifestations, and with 210 cases of sporadic primary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) were compared. MHPT found that the clinical manifestations including bone disease, urinary tract stones, gastrointestinal symptoms, and more and more drink urine. MHPT group skeletal system more symptoms and drink more than the incidence of urine was significantly lower than SHPT group. Between the two groups of serum total calcium and intracellular calcium level there was no significant difference, MHPT group phosphorus levels were significantly lower than SHPT. MHPT group of blood alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and PTH levels were significantly higher than SHPT, ALP median level of 97 IU / L, 550 IU / L (P <0.001>
